We are a small group of veteran business and litigation attorneys. Chris Keele leads the group. Chris is a trial lawyer with over thirty years of experience handling and managing litigation of all types, size and complexity. In addition to enjoying great success in the courtroom, Chris has counseled clients in all aspects of risk mitigation and litigation management, working closely with senior executives to develop business-oriented strategies. Phil Strauss is Of Counsel to the group. Phil is that rare combination of smart lawyer, creative entrepreneur, and adept businessperson who has directed and counseled all aspects of both start-ups and established companies, having been a litigation and corporate lawyer at international law firms, general counsel and director of corporate development at several public and private high-tech ventures, and a consultant in the forensic advisory practice of a Big Four audit firm. Phil was also the President of the Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
